What Can You Return?
- Faulty or Defective Products: If you receive a perfume that is damaged or doesn’t work as expected, you can return it.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will happily exchange it.
What Cannot Be Returned?
- Used or Worn Products: Perfumes that have been used or worn cannot be returned.
- Broken Seals: Once the seal on a perfume bottle is broken, it cannot be returned.
- Custom-Made Products: Customized or personalized perfumes cannot be returned.
Conditions for Returning Products:
- Original Condition: The perfume must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
- Unopened: The seal on the perfume bottle must be unbroken.
Refund Eligibility:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- Customized Orders: Customized perfumes cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Note:
Once an order has been shipped, any refusal to accept the delivery at the customer’s address will result in a forfeiture of the refund. We do not issue refunds for orders that are refused or declined upon arrival. By placing an order, you agree to accept and receive the product at the specified delivery location.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a pricing error or if the product is out of stock.
